18 South Youth Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit, for-impact organization dedicated to serving teenagers in 7th-12th grades in the community by providing targeted programming to promote healthy personal, emotional, social, and educational growth in a safe environment designed for their unique needs.

We meet all teenagers where they are at, regardless of background, history, or situation. We strongly believe that everyone deserves a safe and healthy community of peers.

Open five days a week, 18 South Youth Center offers a safe space for students to connect under the supervision of caring adults who desire to see them succeed. The space itself serves as a proven deterrent from reckless or potentially dangerous behaviors by keeping young people engaged in healthy activities instead of aimlessly wandering the community. The center provides access to gaming systems, music and arts supplies and instruments, tabletop games, afterschool and cyber school homework assistance, free open Wi-Fi, and access to programs, services, resources and opportunities uniquely provided by the center. Each day we provide a meal, encouragement, a safe environment, and an atmosphere to foster healthy relationships.

A variety of activities, educational classes, trips, community service opportunities, life skills coaching, and spiritual formation are offered on a regular basis.

All students in 7th-12th grades are welcome.

All students are required to have a signed (by student and parent) and completed Student Registration to access the Youth Center. You can pick one up at the center or download one HERE.
